West Bengal Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) will be responsible for releasing online WBJEE Application Form 2019. The form will be available on the official website from 26th December, 2018. Applicants have to register first and then proceed to fill the application form. But before starting to fill Application Form of WBJEE 2019, candidates are advised to check and meet the eligibility criteria. Only eligible candidates are allowed to take part in the application process in order to appear for entrance examination. Applicants need to fill required details along with uploading of scanned documents. Once the form is completely filled, applicants have to pay an application fee and submit their respective forms. The last date to submit the WBJEE 2019 Application Form is 22 January, 2019. The authority also facilitates with the correction window to edit the provided details in the application form.

WBJEE Application Form 2019 – Important Dates

Applicants must keep a track of all the important dates related to the Application Form of WBJEE 2019. Some of these dates are displayed in the table given below:

Steps to fill WBJEE Application Form 2019

In order to fill the WBJEE Application Form 2019, applicants have to follow some simple steps which are prescribed below in details:

Step 1 – Online registration

• Go to the "New Candidate Registration" then select Application form of WBJEE 2019 and click on the "Apply" button.

• A page will appear displaying the instructions, read them carefully.

• Click on the "Click Here to Proceed" tab for registration

For registering, the candidate has to fill details such as name, parent's name, date of birth, gender, category, identity type and number, email id, contact number, district, address, choose a password and reconfirm password, security question, and answer, security pin

• To edit the above filled details, click on the "Edit Registration Form" tab or else click on the "Submit" button.

• Now a page will be displayed reflecting the registration status and application number.

• Check the status and then click on the "Complete Application Form" tab.

Step 2 – Filling details in Application Form

Upon successful registration, aspirants need to fill WBJEE 2019 Application Form with the following details:

• Domicile

• Category

• PwD Status (If Applicable)

• Home District

• Religion

• Nationality

• TFW (If applicable)

• Select Yes/No if appeared for JEE Main 2018

• Total Income of the family

• 3 exam zones from the given 13 zone in order or priority

• Academic Qualification

• Status of Qualification

• Name of course

• Name of Board/University

• Passing Year

• Percentage of Marks

• Name and Address of qualifying institute

• Roll Number

• Pin code

Once all these details are filled, enter the security pin and click on the "Submit" button. A status page will appear displaying the status of the application form as "Submitted Successfully".

Step 3 – Uploading of Scanned Documents

Now candidates need to upload scanned images of their photograph and signature in the specified format given by the conducting authority. The images will be shown on the right side of the page. Enter the Security pin and click on the "Upload" button. The status of the uploaded documents will be reflected on the next page.

Step 4 – Payment of Application Fee

Payment of Rs. 500 as an application fee is required and it can only be done via online mode through Net Banking, Credit or Debit card. To make the payment, click on the "Proceed for Payment" button.

NOTE – PwD candidate will be given 40% concession.

Step 5 – Submission of Application Form

Candidates need to submit their Application Form of WBJEE 2019 after payment of the fees on or before the given timeline. The last date to submit the form is 22nd January, 2019

Step 6 – Downloading the Confirmation Page

Once the form is submitted successfully, a confirmation page will be generated. The candidate must have a hard copy of this confirmation page for future admission process.

Correction Facility of WBJEE Application form 2019

West Bengal Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) provides a facility to applicants for editing or modifying the details filled in the application form. These details can be altered within the given time which is from 23rd to 25th January, 2019 and after this time no alteration can be made. To make corrections in the WBJEE Application Form 2019, aspirants have to log in using application number and password.

NOTE – Changes can be made only on some specific fields like Domicile, Category, TFW status, PwD status, exam centres and to any uploaded documents.
